Returns & Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer online exchanges, but customers may return items at their own discretion.
To initiate a return, please complete the return request form and send back the product within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns Due to Customer Preference (e.g., size issues, change of mind, etc.)
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- If you wish to return an item, please submit a request through the Return & Exchange Request Form.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, we will promptly process a return or exchange at your request.
- Please submit a request through the Return & Exchange Request Form within 7 days of delivery.
- After receiving your request, we will provide further instructions on the return process.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following conditions make items ineligible for return or exchange:
- Failure to submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or soiled.
- Missing tags, accessories, or packaging.
- Returns made using methods not specified by us.
- Items purchased with non-returnable coupons or special sale conditions.
- Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page or during promotions.
- Undergarments, swimwear, and accessories that come into direct contact with the skin.
