Shipping Fee

  • Domestic Shipping (within Japan): Free of charge, except for certain remote areas.

  • International Shipping: Free of charge.

Delivery Method

  • Shipping methods are determined by us and cannot be selected by the customer.

  • We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

Shipping Schedule

  • Once shipped, deliveries within Japan usually arrive in 2–3 days (or 3–4 days for remote islands).

Packaging

  • We take great care to package your order securely to prevent any damage to the outer box.

  • However, minor dents or scratches may occur during transportation by the courier.

  • Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges for packaging damage that does not affect the product itself.
