送料 / Shipping Fee

国内配送： 全国送料無料（※一部地域を除く可能性あり）
Shipping within Japan is free of charge, except for certain remote areas.

海外配送： 送料無料
International shipping is free of charge.

※海外発送の場合、商品到着時に関税・輸入税などが発生する場合がございます。これらの費用はご購入者様のご負担となります。詳細については、お住まいの国の税関にお問い合わせください。
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

配送方法 / Delivery Method

配送方法は当店指定の方法となり、お客様による選択はできません。
原則として、配達日時の指定は承っておりません。

Shipping methods are determined by us and cannot be selected by the customer.
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

発送スケジュール / Shipping Schedule

ご注文後、発送準備が整い次第、翌営業日〜7日以内に発送いたします。
発送後、国内配送は通常2～3日でお届けいたします（離島などの地域は3～4日かかる場合がございます）。
海外配送は通常7～14日程度でお届けいたします。配送先の国や地域、通関状況により日数が前後する場合がございます。

自然災害や交通状況、大規模イベント等の影響により、配送が遅延する場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

Orders will be shipped within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, domestic deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 days (or 3–4 days for remote islands).
International deliveries generally take 7–14 days, depending on the destination country, region, and customs clearance.
Please note that delays may occur due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

梱包について / Packaging

商品は、外箱にキズや凹みがつかないよう、丁寧に梱包・出荷いたします。
ただし、配送中の取り扱いにより、外箱に多少のキズや凹みが生じる可能性がございます。
商品本体の使用に支障のない範囲での外箱の損傷については、返品・交換の対象外となりますので、予めご了承ください。

We take great care to package your order securely to prevent any damage.
However, minor dents or scratches may occur to the outer packaging during transport.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for packaging damage that does not affect the product itself.
