利用規約 / Terms of Service

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます。）は、MASAMI MARUSAWA（以下、「当ブランド」といいます。）が運営するオンラインショップ（以下、「本サイト」といいます。）において提供する商品およびサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。
本サイトをご利用されるお客様（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）は、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store operated by MASAMI MARUSAWA (“we”, “our”, or “the brand”).
By accessing or using this website (“Site”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


第1条（適用） / Article 1 (Scope)

本規約は、ユーザーと当ブランドとの間における本サイトの利用および商品購入に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
These Terms apply to all interactions between the User and the brand regarding the use of this Site and the purchase of products.


第2条（禁止事項） / Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
Users must not engage in the following:

  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
    Violating laws or public order and morals
  • 犯罪行為に関連する行為
    Engaging in criminal or illegal activities
  • 当ブランドの運営を妨げる行為
    Interfering with the operation of the service
  • 他のユーザーの個人情報を不正に取得または使用する行為
    Illegally accessing or misusing others’ personal information
  • コンテンツの無断転載・使用
    Unauthorized use or reproduction of content (images, text, etc.)
  • 知的財産権や肖像権の侵害
    Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • その他、当ブランドが不適切と判断する行為
    Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the brand


第3条（ご注文について） / Article 3 (Orders)

ご注文は、本規約に同意のうえで行われるものとします。
Orders are placed upon agreement with these Terms.

ご注文確定後のキャンセル・変更は原則としてお受けできません。
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed.

すべての商品はハンドメイドのため、掲載画像と実際の製品が若干異なる場合があります。
As all items are handmade, actual products may slightly differ from the images shown.


第4条（お支払いについて） / Article 4 (Payment)

商品代金は、表示価格に基づき、各種決済方法にてお支払いいただきます。
Payment must be made using accepted methods (credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) at the listed prices.

決済に関しては、決済代行会社の規約が適用される場合があります。
Payment conditions may be subject to the terms of third-party payment providers.


第5条（配送について） / Article 5 (Shipping)

商品はご入金確認後に順次発送いたします。発送までの日数は商品により異なります。
Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on the item.

配送中の事故・遅延等について、当ブランドは責任を負いかねます。
We are not responsible for delays or accidents occurring during shipping.

海外への発送に関しては、輸入時に関税・付加価値税・その他の諸税が課される場合があり、これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。
For international orders, import duties, VAT, and other taxes may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


第6条（返品・交換） / Article 6 (Returns & Exchanges)

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品・交換はお受けできません。
Except for defective items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

初期不良・誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective or incorrect.


第7条（知的財産権） / Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

本サイトに掲載されているすべてのコンテンツ（デザイン、画像、文章、ロゴ等）の著作権・商標権等は、当ブランドまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。
All content on this Site (including but not limited to designs, text, images, and logos) is the property of MASAMI MARUSAWA or rightful third parties.

無断での転載・複製・商用利用を禁じます。
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


第8条（サービス内容の変更） / Article 8 (Changes to the Service)

当ブランドは、事前の告知なく、本サイトや提供サービスの内容を変更・追加・終了することがあります。
We reserve the right to modify, add, or terminate any part of the Site or its services without prior notice.


第9条（免責事項） / Article 9 (Disclaimer)

当ブランドは、故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、ユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

また、ユーザー間または第三者との間のトラブルについて、当ブランドは関与いたしません。
We are not involved in disputes between users or with third parties.


第10条（準拠法および管轄） / Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

本規約は日本法に準拠します。
These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当ブランドの所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the jurisdiction of the brand’s principal place of business.
